All orders are shipping from the United States through USPS. If ordering from Canada, taxes and duties may apply when your order is ready for pickup. INDE offers a UPS option for Canadian costumers only, different rates may apply.

Lost Mail

INDE is not responsible for lost mail or undelivered items due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If a product gets returned, the customer must pay an additional shipping fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times may vary, but items typically ship within 3 -7 business days depending if the product is a preorder item.

How long will it take to receive my preorder?Preorder items may take anywhere from 8-9 weeks for production and 1-2 weeks to ship.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email you have provided to track its shipment progress.
